Refund & Cancellation Policy

All BrainLibrary service agreements operate on 30-day rolling terms that auto-renew at the beginning of each new period. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until either party provides written notice of termination.

There are no long-term commitments or annual lock-ins — just recurring 30-day cycles that keep your automations running smoothly.

You may cancel your BrainLibrary subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Once notice is given, your service will continue for one final 30-day billing period, during which all standard services and fees remain in effect.

BrainLibrary does not offer refunds on monthly subscription fees or services already rendered. Because our automations are configured and deployed during each billing cycle, all fees for the current period are considered earned upon payment.

If payment is not received on time, BrainLibrary reserves the right to pause or discontinue services at its discretion until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the initial configuration, onboarding, and deployment of your automation systems — work that begins immediately upon signup. Because these resources are committed upfront, the setup fee is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

All creative work produced by BrainLibrary — including images, videos, code, copy, and automation workflows — remains the property of BrainLibrary until services are fully completed and all payments are made.

If the agreement is terminated before services are fully delivered, BrainLibrary retains all ownership and rights to any work produced during the engagement. Ownership transfers to you only upon completion of all services and payment in full.

BrainLibrary's total liability under any service agreement is capped at the total fees you have paid to BrainLibrary under that agreement. This applies to all claims, regardless of the legal theory.
